Life is going too fast for me to find time for
writing, so I’m taking a break.
The last month has been full of teaching
commitments, end of the school year events, birthdays, trips, meetings, and home
schooling. This week I'm remembering that God is in control as every day brings news of people getting hurt during the political protests here in Turkey. At the same time I’m preparing
for a trip to the U.S. June 11-19. Life is a whirlwind, but God is in the center.
I will return to my blog July 4th.
Until then, I hope that the Lord gives you joy and
peace for each day.

I hope you have the same blessings, God's joy and peace on your trip. Praying you find rest and refreshment as well.
Thanks, Nancy!
Looking forward to your return to bloggy world! Enjoy your whirlwind trip :-) (If you're coming to Texas, let me know!)
Praying for you as you find some rest and go on your trip. Look forward to reading your blog again in July.
Enjoy your time off.
hope your trip is refreshing! we'll miss your posts, but i'm encouraged by your desire to keep priorities in order.
Olive Tree, I'm so pleased to know that today you are flying to the US! I've been watching the TV news and praying so much for you and your family. Surely God is watching over you. May He give you His peace and hope. I look forward to catching up with your blog after July 4.
Blessings and prayers,
Linda
Thanks, friends for all your good wishes. Linda, it's a strange feeling to leave my kids there with protests going on, but I know they're safe in God's hand. (and I told them to stay away from protest areas.)
